You Are:

UST is searching for an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of complex, multi-project programs at the client location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program governance, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

The opportunity:

* Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives

* Define program roadmap, governance framework, and execution strategy

* Act as the primary client-facing point of contact

* Build and maintain strong relationships with business and executive stakeholders

* Oversee multiple projects and ensure seamless integration across program components

* Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery alignment

* Drive risk management across the program lifecycle

* Identify, track, and mitigate program-level risks and issues

* Monitor program performance using metrics, KPIs, and dashboards

* Ensure effective communication, including status reporting, progress tracking, and executive updates

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

* 10+ years of overall IT experience

* 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience

* Proven experience managing large-scale programs or multiple projects in an enterprise environment

* Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models

* Required Qualifications & Skills

* Strong expertise in stakeholder management, client handling, and delivery governance

* Solid understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

* Demonstrated ability to manage risks, budgets, schedules, and dependencies effectively

* Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

* Strong client-facing presence and ability to build executive relationships

* Experience managing end-to-end program delivery

* Ability to coordinate across onsite and offshore teams

* Proficiency in program governance, risk management, and issue resolution

* Technical & Tool Proficiency

* Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and reporting dashboards

* Ability to monitor program performance using metrics, KPIs, and dashboards

* Financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization

* Preferred Skills & Certifications

* Experience in Healthcare domain (highly desirable)

* Familiarity with Salesforce or Digital Transformation programs

* PMP (Project Management Professional) certification

* PRINCE2 certification

* Agile certifications

* Experience with enterprise process compliance and best practices

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Hybrid - Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation Range: $102,000-$153,000



Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
