Marketing Analyst & Enablement Coordinator - Americas M&A and Transaction Solutions (AMATS)

The Marketing Analyst & Enablement Coordinator will support the Global AMATS Marketing team by coordinating marketing processes, managing administrative workflows, supporting campaign execution, and acting as a central liaison between Marketing, the AMATS business, Sales Enablement, and shared Marketing Centre of Excellence teams.

The role is designed to improve operational efficiency across the AMATS marketing function, ensuring campaigns, events, content programs, and reporting activities are executed effectively and on schedule.

What the day will look like

Marketing Operations & Administration

  • Maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules.
  • Coordinate project timelines and milestone tracking.
  • Manage marketing intake requests from business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate approvals, compliance reviews and workflow administration.
  • Maintain campaign documentation and governance records.
  • Support budget administration and invoice processing.

Campaign Coordination

  • Coordinate campaign execution activities across Marketing Operations, Digital, Creative and Campaign Delivery teams.
  • Plan, create and manage social media campaigns on LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and business objectives.
  • Track deliverables and dependencies across campaigns.
  • Support event logistics and attendee management.
  • Coordinate asset distribution and publishing requests.
  • Monitor execution progress and escalate risks where appropriate.

Business Liaison

  • Serve as the day-to-day coordination point between AMATS business leaders and marketing teams.
  • Ensure requests are appropriately prioritized and routed.
  • Schedule planning meetings and maintain action trackers.
  • Coordinate stakeholder updates and status reporting.

Sales Enablement Coordination

  • Support development and maintenance of sales enablement materials.
  • Coordinate content requests between business leaders and Sales Enablement.
  • Liaise with the Sales Enablement team to develop net new outbound target prospect leads across Private Equity, Corporate and Advisor accounts.
  • Develop and regularly refine segmentation of new leads and existing clients within Eloqua, Dispatch/DealCloud, ensuring targeted and effective marketing efforts.
  • Align and optimize lead enrichment data from AonConnect, Eloqua, DealCloud and ZoomInfo for targeted outbound campaigns.
  • Maintain inventory of approved collateral and client-facing materials.
  • Support CRM and lead-management processes with COE teams.

Reporting Support

  • Consolidate campaign performance reports from Marketing Operations.
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to track marketing-driven revenue, ensuring accurate attribution and reporting of campaign impact on business growth.
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting trackers.
  • Coordinate quarterly reporting updates.
  • Prepare summary reports and presentations for leadership meetings.

Knowledge Management

  • Maintain SharePoint sites and marketing repositories.
  • Organize content libraries and campaign assets.
  • Ensure latest versions of collateral and sales materials are accessible.
  • Manage governance and archival processes.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • 1+ year marketing, communications or business coordination experience.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, Teams and SharePoint.
  • High attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Transparency Laws

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $73,000 - $85,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Chicago, Illinois. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
