As a pivotal leader, you will be at the heart of our technological evolution, guiding critical integration projects from conception to successful delivery. You will ensure seamless execution throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and empowering teams to achieve their full potential.

What You'll Do



  • Guide and mentor an engineering team, ensuring successful navigation and delivery of new software integration projects.
  • Translate complex technical solutions into clear, understandable concepts for diverse stakeholders, fostering seamless collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Provide hands-on technical support and guidance, diving into details alongside the team when needed to overcome challenges.
  • Oversee and ensure the smooth execution across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).


Skills & Experience



  • 7+ years of relevant experience, with a strong technical background and demonstrated management experience.
  • Proven knowledge of coding, web architecture, C#, and Python.
  • Practical experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Exceptional communication skills, fostering a strong, collaborative team-player mindset.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Industry experience within the utility sector.
  • Prior hands-on history or familiarity with OneTrust.
