Location: Leander, TX
Employment Type: Contract (3 months)

Compensation: $25.00 /hour
Schedule: 40 hours/week
About the Opportunity:
  • Provides temporary administrative support to the Benefits Administrator during the annual benefits enrollment period, with primary responsibility for planning, coordinating, and executing open enrollment meetings and benefits fairs across multiple locations.
  • This role will independently manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and employee communications for all enrollment events.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop event timelines, schedules, and logistics plans for each location.
  • Coordinate with benefits vendors, carriers, and third-party representatives for on-site participation.
  • Arrange all event logistics, including venue setup, technology/AV needs, catering, materials, and signage.
  • Manage employee communications, questions, and registration for enrollment events.
  • Serve as primary on-site contact during events, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for benefits team members and vendors attending remote locations.
  • Coordinate logistics for on-site dental clinic events (scheduling, employee communications, day-before appointment confirmations, and day-of support, including, but not limited to same day appointment cancellation replacements)
  • Assist employees with benefits questions and enrollment processes.
  • Prepare and distribute benefits materials and communications.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of enrollment activities.
  • Process benefits forms and ensure timely submission.
  • Schedule and coordinate employee appointments for benefits consultations.
  • Respond to routine benefits inquiries via email and phone.
  • Assist with data entry and benefits system updates as needed.
Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of event coordination or HR/benefits experience.

Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically (approximately 2 trips during assignment).
  • Flexibility to work occasional extended hours during peak enrollment periods.
