Building a Culture Where Safety Comes First. As the EH&S Manager, you'll lead the strategy, programs, and culture that keep our employees safe across both manufacturing and field operations. This is a hands on leadership role where you'll work directly with employees, supervisors, managers, field teams, and subcontractors to turn safety expectations into everyday behaviors.

You'll also spend time in the field, traveling to locations throughout North America to provide safety leadership, training, and support. If you're an experienced safety leader who believes the strongest safety cultures are built through visibility, relationships, accountability, and employee engagement, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the organization. - Use safety metrics, incident trends, near misses, and other data to identify risks and drive meaningful improvements
- Effectively manage workers' compensation claims while maintaining communication between employees, medical providers, insurance partners, management, and Risk Management
- Lead safety committees, employee engagement initiatives, and recognition programs that make safety an active part of the GFS culture
- Partner with leaders, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to establish clear expectations and hold everyone accountable for safe performance
