Program Structure

Juniors: Two rotations required
Seniors & Graduate Students: One rotation required

About the Position

  • Monitor and take ownership of AOG orders through sales, picking, shipping and delivery. .
  • Directly involved in impacting OTC sales revenues.
  • Support Parts Sales and Technical Operations in locating parts for out-of-stock AOGs. Take ownership of order once order is taken by Parts Sales and Technical Operations.
  • Create summary reports on outcome of all AOG.
  • Instill a sense of urgency among functional counterparts in warehouse, planning and purchasing. Ensure conformance to and communicate AOG response policy.
  • Work with Purchasing and Planning to add approved third party suppliers in order to satisfy AOGs in the future.

  • PC experience and knowledge of automated systems.
  • Effective oral and written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Operate personal computers; experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to interact with all levels of management, technical and non-technical personnel and co-workers.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Education and Other Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following disciplines:
    • Supply Chain
    • Logistics
    • Finance
    • Operations
    • Business
  • Must be available to work on-site in Savannah, GA during the Spring 2027 semester, beginning in January 2027.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 (without rounding); must be listed on resume.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions:
    Perform other duties as assigned. Other Requirements:
    1. Must be enrolled as a full-time student at the time of application and actively pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher.
    2. Completion of sophomore year is required. prior to the internship start date.
    3. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (without rounding); must be listed on resume.
    4. Rotation Requirements: Juniors - 2 rotations; Seniors & Graduate Students - 1 rotation.
    5. Minimum duration: 12 weeks (summer); 14-16 weeks (spring and fall).
    6. Must be onsite; this is not a remote position.
    7. Must have reliable transportation.
    This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
