As a Security Officer Full Time Access Authorization Driver in Mont Belvieu, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will manage site entry, verify credentials, monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, and help deter incidents through a visible presence. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in the job state. Deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-focused, and integrity-driven culture.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor entry records, and directing authorized personnel in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; promptly report observations through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, facility areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
