We are seeking a Court Apparel - Global Senior PLM to join our client's high-impact team, driving innovation and delivering exceptional products for athletes worldwide. In this pivotal Product Manager role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of key product lines, influencing design, merchandising, and market strategy to create compelling offerings that resonate with both elite athletes and everyday consumers. Your expertise will directly contribute to bringing cutting-edge apparel to life, making a significant impact on the brand's presence in the athletic market.

What You'll Do:



  • Lead and oversee the product creation lifecycle for athletic apparel, focusing on categories such as Tennis, Pickleball, and Padel for elite to everyday athletes.
  • Drive product and design reviews, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and consumer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Design, Technical Development, Merchandising, and Sports Marketing to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Participate in key strategy check-ins and cross-functional meetings, representing the product vision and ensuring its successful execution.
  • Create compelling visual tools and presentations to influence and align design, merchandising, and geography partners.
  • Act as a key influencer, fostering a positive, collective spirit and a 'one team' environment across all functions.
  • Navigate ambiguous situations, creating clear paths forward for the cross-functional team to achieve product goals.
  • Strategically balance the specific needs of elite athletes with broader retail opportunities to maximize market impact.
  • Lead by example, holding yourself and team members accountable for meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.


What You Bring:

Must-Have Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Business, or an equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in product-related roles.
  • Demonstrated product management experience.
  • Exceptional clear communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, particularly within a product management context.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Heightened awareness of women's fashion and performance industries, including competitive landscape analysis.
  • A passion for women's products.
  • A proven track record of positively influencing internal and external partners.
  • Ability to operate effectively and create clarity in ambiguous situations.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Knowledge in performance apparel.
  • Proficiency with Keynote and Excel.
  • Previous industry experience.
