Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for driving project execution and ensuring seamless team operations? Step into a pivotal role where your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and success of a core engineering team responsible for critical development systems. You will be instrumental in coordinating day-to-day operations, streamlining workflows, and ensuring that builds, tests, and engineering systems run smoothly, directly empowering developers to bring innovative features to life faster and more reliably. Your ability to bridge communication gaps and proactively manage project elements will be key to the continuous delivery of exceptional digital experiences.

What you'll do:



  • Facilitate sprint ceremonies, manage sprint planning, and track team velocity and capacity to maintain project momentum.
  • Own the feature delivery schedule and meticulously assign work items, ensuring clear accountability.
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and blockers, maintaining comprehensive documentation in tools like ADO.
  • Create and maintain essential sprint and milestone dashboards, calendars, trackers, and transition checklists.
  • Collaborate with leads and Project Managers to create user story stubs, tasks, and bugs, actively scrubbing the backlog to clear stale work.
  • Manage meeting logistics, including creating invites, preparing agendas, pre-reads, and status questions.
  • Lead and run stand-ups, planning sessions, triage meetings, office hours, and retrospectives, both live and asynchronously.
  • Ensure work items are consistently updated with decisions, owners, status, and next steps.
  • Maintain action logs, reminders, and workflows, diligently following up on blocked or at-risk work.
  • Represent features or workstreams in release forums, collaborating closely with leads and Project Managers.
  • Review release queries, clear stale work, update fields, and confirm next actions for smooth deployments.
  • Consolidate changelog review posts, track feedback and open items, and confirm follow-up with feature owners.
  • Partner with QA to coordinate validation/test plans, reproductions, regression tracking, and release dependencies.
  • Track critical-path work, validation dependencies, readiness signals, release risks, and unresolved bugs.
  • Coordinate dependencies, partner commitments, and technical initiatives across multiple teams, escalating decisions when necessary.


What you'll bring:

Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, product development, or as a producer.
  • Deep familiarity with project management tools such as ADO, Jira, or Confluence for task management, sprint planning, and pipeline documentation.
  • Working knowledge of Agile or Scrum frameworks to effectively manage team velocity and milestone delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to bridge communication gaps and foster collaboration between creative artists, programmers, and executive stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in an evolving environment, adjusting work accordingly in a positive manner.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience.
  • Producer or Technical Program Manager experience specifically within a gaming studio.
  • 4+ years of experience managing complex cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Proven capacity to motivate cross-functional teams and effectively resolve conflicts under tight deadlines.
