Aquent is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join a pivotal team that drives the strategy and execution for iconic kids and family brands. In this role, you'll be instrumental in bringing cherished stories and characters to life through a wide array of consumer products and experiences. You'll directly influence how popular franchises connect with diverse audiences, from kids and tweens to nostalgic adult fans, making a tangible impact on brand visibility and engagement across various touchpoints.

What You'll Do



  • Execute consumer products, retail, and licensee initiatives that extend the reach of our beloved franchises.
  • Support strategic franchise initiatives across various business areas, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and growth.
  • Develop and refresh compelling franchise pitch decks for key presentations, including major industry events and retail partnerships.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of integrated planning documents and calendars for diverse franchise portfolios.
  • Monitor and assess developing content for its potential to grow into the next big franchise.
  • Curate and distribute essential franchise resources, including assets, trackers, and fact sheets, to internal stakeholders.
  • Provide valuable brand perspective and feedback on publishing editorial content and marketing strategies.
  • Offer dedicated franchise support for live events, coordinating asset procurement and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Contribute to social media strategies and planning, including engaging content like unboxings.
  • Manage the procurement and organization of products for influencer campaigns and marketing activations.


What You'll Bring



  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in licensing, consumer products, brand management, promotions, or retail.
  • Exceptional presentation software skills, with the ability to design and deliver impactful sales presentations for various audiences.
  • Proven ability to present and communicate effectively, with strong public speaking skills.
  • Professional demeanor and confidence when interacting with senior leadership.
  • Independent problem-solver with a demonstrated track record of leading projects from inception to completion, influencing others to achieve objectives.
  • Agile and adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of the licensing, consumer products, and retail landscapes.
  • Proactive and results-oriented, consistently striving to exceed expectations.
  • Skilled in organizing and facilitating productive meetings.
  • A genuine passion for kid's entertainment.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.


Bonus Points



  • Experience managing entertainment properties.
  • Demonstrated success in working with established brands or franchises.
  • Familiarity with the domestic or global kids television business, including ratings and research analysis.
  • Experience in selling franchises or products to retail, advertising, or entertainment companies.
  • Proven understanding of streaming, records, publishing, or other related businesses from a marketing and product development perspective.
  • Experience with toys/softlines or collaborating with licensing partners.
  • Project management skills or a project-oriented mindset.
