About the Role

Are you a seasoned program leader passionate about transforming vision into reality? We are seeking a dynamic individual to independently manage the full lifecycle of advanced programs, extending your influence beyond immediate teams. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind strategic initiatives, organizing and managing activities that deliver significant business outcomes. You will develop robust systems to proactively identify improvements, drive future optimizations, and expertly navigate change management and performance metrics. Your ability to define and address undefined cross-functional challenges, coupled with your independent judgment to adapt programs effectively, will be key to your success. You will build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment, while applying your deep domain knowledge to every aspect of your programs.

Responsibilities



  • Independently author comprehensive program charters, meticulously addressing scope, timelines, OKRs, resourcing, and potential risks or dependencies for advanced programs.
  • Develop detailed project plans, breaking down initiatives into discrete phases, identifying risks and dependencies, and providing clear visibility into program constraints.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with program stakeholders, facilitating effective decision-making and optimizing team roles and responsibilities.
  • Proactively manage program escalations, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Design and implement predictable program communication plans, tailored for various stakeholder types, and represent the program team across a wide range of touchpoints.
  • Execute essential change management requirements identified by stakeholders, developing comprehensive rollout plans including impact analyses and resolving any misalignments.
  • Independently determine and collect the necessary data for effective program execution and governance, maintaining accurate project trackers and status reports.
  • Proactively identify and execute program tasks, managing dependencies while upholding values of Product Excellence, Product Inclusion, and brand trust.
  • Define robust program governance structures, ensuring effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalations, and lead productive program team meetings.
  • Determine strategic program phasing and establish key metrics that drive continuous improvement, including Resource Stewardship, in close collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Establish regular checkpoints to deliver and assess improvement metrics, providing transparency and rationale for any program pivots.
