Step into a pivotal role where your expertise will directly shape the operational backbone of a rapidly expanding organization. As a key contributor to the Process Improvement team, you will be instrumental in refining and scaling operations, ensuring seamless transitions from research to commercial deployment. Your work will directly enhance efficiency, elevate customer experience, and accelerate the deployment of cutting-edge technology, impacting everything from cross-functional collaboration to vehicle readiness and service quality.

What You'll Do



  • Proactively collaborate cross-functionally to intake, document, and strategically prioritize requests for process enhancements and operational playbook updates from diverse internal sources.
  • Drive the successful advancement of critical process improvement projects by fostering strong partnerships with operational, product, and engineering teams.
  • Provide clear, concise, and timely bi-weekly status updates to key stakeholders on the progress and impact of process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation to ensure robustness and clarity across the operations organization.


What You'll Bring



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in program management, operational excellence, process improvement, or a related field.
  • Experience developing operational efficiencies in remote operations or similar environments (i.e., call center, BPO, teleoperation, remote support centers, etc.).
  • Experience in a product-based operations environment.
  • Prior experience developing and using data and metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset and resourcefulness.
  • Computer literacy proficiency.
