A leading organization with a broad, multi-site footprint is seeking a Procurement Project Manager to lead a high-visibility Print Managed Services implementation across its business operations. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a complex, cross-functional project involving Procurement, Technology, Information Security, Finance, Legal, Service Desk, business leaders, and external suppliers.

The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership, supplier management, commercial awareness, and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving toward defined milestones and measurable savings.

This role will spearhead a 4-6 month temporary project initiative

What You'll Do



  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of a Print Managed Services program, from mobilization and site discovery through deployment, testing, stabilization, and handoff.
  • Manage an integrated project plan, rollout schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and change controls.
  • Coordinate the replacement, removal, relocation, installation, configuration, and testing of office printing equipment across multiple business locations.
  • Serve as the primary project-management contact for the selected supplier and hold them accountable for contractual commitments, timelines, quality, and deliverables.
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, Technology, Information Security, Service Desk, Legal, and business stakeholders to ensure project readiness and successful execution.
  • Establish and track project savings baselines, reconcile supplier and financial data, and report forecasted, implemented, and realized savings.
  • Lead project governance, including status meetings, executive reporting, decision and action logs, and escalation management.
  • Maintain accurate asset, deployment, contract, and project documentation and prepare the transition to ongoing supplier management.



What You Bring



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Project Management, Operations, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, procurement, supplier management, implementation, or change delivery.
  • Experience with Managed Print Services, workplace technology, distributed equipment, leased assets, or field-service programs is a plus
  • Experience managing cross-functional, multi-site projects involving third-party suppliers.
  • Demonstrated experience with contracts, project milestones, cost baselines, savings calculations, spend/invoice reconciliation, and benefits tracking.
  • Strong proficiency with project-planning/collaboration tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
