Quote Specialist

S and Y Industries Inc. is hiring a Quote Specialist for its Winfield, Kansas location. The position focuses on the creation of quotes and pricing for parts and labor on a project basis.   The position requires gathering and analyzing data based on project and engineering needs. The position collaborates with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure proposed solutions to meet project needs. The position requires the preparation and presentation of detailed quote documentation, including cost breakdowns, timelines, and terms. The position analyzes price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to determine reasonable prices.   

Qualified applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or economics plus one year of experience in purchasing of parts or materials.
