What You Will Do:

As Manager, Commercial Activation - CPD TikTok Shop, you will help shape how our brands show up and win on one of the most dynamic platforms in beauty. In this role, you will translate business priorities into actionable sales forecasts and promotional plans, while closely tracking performance and identifying opportunities to strengthen results. You will partner with our Distributor to align strategic priorities and coordinate campaign execution, and lead content optimization across PDP and SEO to improve discoverability, media effectiveness, and GMV. Your performance insights will shape clear recommendations and action plans that support the growth of CPD TikTok Shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead brand content optimization initiatives that drive media performance and GMV, including PDP and SEO creation & support; diagnose opportunities and develop clear action plans.
• Manage sales forecasting and promotional planning, including discounts and annual planning + execution of gifts with purchase (GWP), in partnership with the CPD Brands.
• Manage SISO (sell-in/sell-out tracking)
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, CDMO & Distributor to support commercial execution.
• Drive account-level P&L performance.
• Own commercial strategy for major platform campaigns and promotions.
• Partner with Distributor to align on strategic priorities and ensure flawless execution.
• Manage CRM activities.
• Partner with the TSP to secure and traffic Media Spark Codes on time, and partner with CDMO on fast creative implementation & media optimization
• Provide clear recommendations and callouts on content and media needs.

• Being present in the office three days a week is considered an essential function of all office-based roles for eligible full-time employees.
