- Develop, code, configure, and test programs and systems to deliver robust web applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code, adhering to best practices.
- Actively participate in code reviews, evaluating the quality of other team members' contributions to ensure maintainability and high standards.
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure that features align with business needs and objectives.
- Follow industry-standard agile software design methodologies throughout the development lifecycle.
- Manage multiple competing priorities and requests effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and pairing programming.
- Lead the resolution of production issues in a timely manner, adhering to SLAs, including weekend support as an Incident Rotator.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in customer-facing web application development.
- Proven expertise as a Fullstack Developer with proficiency in:
- React / Redux
- JavaScript/Typescript
- Java/ Spring Boot
- Strong experience with AWS Cloud Services, including deploying and managing applications using ECS Fargate, Dynamo, CloudFormation, and Terraform.
- Proficiency in Continuous Integration using GitHub and CI/CD pipelines with Github Actions.
- Demonstrated ability in API Integration, including consuming and securely exposing APIs across frontend and backend.
- Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DocumentDB.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks for unit and integration testing, including RTL, JUnit, and Bruno.
- Experience with automated testing tools like Playwright.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog or AWS CloudWatch.
- Experience working with Agile Methodologies, including Agile/Scrum setup in Jira and Confluence.
- Proven experience working effectively within an Agile-led team environment.
