Job Overview:
Help shape the finances behind a growing manufacturing operation. Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Plant Controller for its Junction City, Oregon site. As a trusted partner to plant leadership and the production team, you'll turn financial insight and firsthand operational knowledge into greater cost efficiency, revenue growth, stronger margins, and improved net working capital. With demand from the data center market driving plans for increased production and workforce growth, Junction City is entering an exciting new chapter. You'll help set its financial direction, give leaders clearer visibility into performance, and build the financial discipline needed to scale.

Work alongside production leaders on the plant floor to connect daily decisions with financial results. You'll investigate production and purchase price variances, labor and overhead efficiency, and inventory turns while bringing clarity to cost rollups, inventory valuation, reserves, and the metrics that matter most to the plant. Bring your accounting and finance expertise, curiosity, and business judgment to a role where the numbers lead to action. You'll identify trends, solve root causes, strengthen analytics, and manage plant accounting while helping leaders improve performance and plan for growth.
