Job Title: Workplace Services Coordinator

Duration: 4-month assignment (Potential to extension or conversion depends on performance)
Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, Mon- Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Work Model: Onsite 5 days a week
Position Summary:
- The Workplace Services Coordinator is responsible for creating a seamless and welcoming office experience for colleagues, visitors, and guests.
- This role serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day workplace operations, ensuring the office environment is fully functional, organized, and ready to support business activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist colleagues with workspace and desk seating upon arrival to the office.
- Serve as a primary contact for workplace support, including mail distribution, locker management, and visitor services.
- Coordinate and support guest arrivals, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
- Conduct routine inspections of meeting rooms, furniture, technology, and collaboration spaces to ensure operational readiness.
- Verify conference rooms are properly equipped with functioning technology, whiteboards, and required supplies before meetings and events.
- Submit, track, and manage facilities, premises, and technology service requests through appropriate ticketing systems.
- Coordinate resolution of workplace issues with Facilities, Technology Support, Security, and Property Management teams.
- Monitor office conditions and proactively identify opportunities to improve the colleague workplace experience.
- Support office moves, space planning activities, and seating arrangements as needed.
- Maintain workplace inventories, including office supplies, equipment, and common-area resources.
- Partner with business leaders and support teams to ensure workplace standards are consistently maintained.
