What We DoThe Title Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for title agents who order title search products and services through the company. This role provides responsive, high-quality customer service by assisting agents with their search orders, answering questions, providing status updates, and coordinating with internal teams, searchers, and other partners to help ensure requests are completed accurately and timely.
The Title Coordinator monitors title search orders throughout the production process, follows up on outstanding items, obtains necessary title documents, communicates anticipated completion times, assists in resolving issues or delays, and supports rush, escalated or time-sensitive requests. With a strong focus on the title agent experience, the Title Coordinator works collaboratively with First American title agents, as well as internal partners (e.g. FA production team, agency sales representatives, company underwriters) to ensure agents receive timely, accurate, and professional service from the time a search is ordered through completion.
