Job Summary Be the go-to resource that helps keep a busy healthcare practice running smoothly while supporting an exceptional patient and staff experience.We are seeking an experienced Practice Lead to serve as a key operational partner within our clinic. In this role, you'll help coordinate daily practice activities, support team members, optimize workflows, and collaborate closely with providers to ensure efficient operations and outstanding service delivery. What You'll Do -Serve as a lead resource for administrative and clinical support staff, providing guidance, training, and day-to-day support. -Help coordinate daily clinic operations to maintain efficient workflows and a positive patient experience. -Partner with providers and care teams to manage patient flow and appointment coordination. -Support the implementation and consistency of clinic policies, procedures, and best practices. -Assist with onboarding and training of new team members and ongoing staff development. -Address patient questions, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. -Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support practice goals.
