Sr. Analyst Crew Pairing Overview: The Senior Analyst, Crew Pairing supports Sun Country Airlines' planning and operational performance by analyzing network plans, operating constraints, resource utilization, and financial outcomes. The role also evaluates the Amazon network and recommends changes that improve operational reliability and efficiency. This role develops data-driven insights, scenarios, forecasts, dashboards, and recommendations that support effective operational decision-making. Compensation: Pay: $80-95,000. This is the base compensation hiring for this role. Classification: Full-Time, Exempt Work Location: Minneapolis, MN (onsite) Supervisory Responsibility: None Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands or fingers, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
