Specialist - Audio and Visual

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and respond to unexpected challenges during live performances.
• Assist in maintenance of facility AV systems.
• Work safely, following all established safety rules and regulations.
• Follow all relevant policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors and guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights as schedule

Starting Compensation:

• $17.50/hr

High School (required)

Must have experience mixing all varieties of live music, electric and acoustic, spanning multiple genres and age groups. (required)
Preferred experience with digital sound and lighting consoles. (preferred)
Required to work shifts that involve long hours in the evenings and on weekends. (required)
Must be able to climb ladders and operate lifts. (required)
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. (required)
Must be able to physically install/configure equipment. (required)
Must be able to logically and independently plan, organize, and complete work. (required)
Must possess well-developed interpersonal skills, initiative, and the ability to set and achieve high standards of performance. (required)
Must be able to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations. (required)
Must be able to successfully pass a background check. (required)
Must be able to report to work on time as scheduled. (required)
Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft office software. (required)
Must be able to speak, read and write English (required)
