The Senior Full Stack Application Developer will be responsible for the broader processof developing and deploying enhancements and/or new applications used in local, networked, cloud-based orinternet-related computer programs. They will use their technical expertise in programming languages, tools, anddelivery models, in conjunction with their methodology expertise to collaborate with various stakeholders andensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and solutions. This role requires a foundational understandingof programming languages, tools, and delivery models, as well as the ability to effectively communicate technicalsolutions to non-technical stakeholders. The incumbent will work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders,including project teams, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure the development process is runningsmoothly. Ultimately, the incumbent will play a vital role in ensuring the organization's software applications areeffective, efficient, and provide a seamless experience for the end-users. WHAT THE ROLE WILL DO: Analyze system requirements and translate them into software programming specifications Develop, code, integrate, test, and debug software applications using current programming languages Create documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance of software Collaborate and communicate closely with various stakeholders such as users, developers, and project managersto ensure timely delivery of products and solutions Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and programming languages to ensure the team's skills andexpertise are current This position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Cleveland Headquarters office. This position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H1-B visa. Must be eighteen years or older Required Qualifications: Experience in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Ruby Familiarity with software development tools such as Git or Jenkins Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams 4+ years of experience in software development, specifically in application development engineering Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. In lieu of a degree, at least 7 years of experience in application development or application engineering Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employmentwithout now or in the future requiring sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1, etc.) Must be (18) eighteen years of age Preferred Qualifications: Experience building with GraphQL, including the Apollo client, in order to create Back-ends for Front-ends (BFFs). Experience in creating Applets API experience using Zustand for global state management. Building Next.js applications.
