Your Impact

• Lead the end-to-end experience design (UX) and content strategy for both native mobile and responsive web platforms, ensuring a cohesive and impactful user journey.
• Translate complex concepts and intricate user flows into clear, intuitive digital designs, complemented by exceptional, user-friendly copy that resonates with users.
• Build, document, structure, and meticulously manage content assets within enterprise content management systems, with a strong focus on Contentful, establishing scalable and efficient content operations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering, product, and content partners to establish robust content architecture and ensure smooth, timely product releases.
• Take full ownership of feature initiatives from initial concept development through to completion, actively participating in design critiques and content reviews to refine and perfect every detail.
• Contribute significantly to the design and content strategies for next-generation digital initiatives, including groundbreaking AI-powered search tools, shaping the future of digital health.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of senior-level professional experience seamlessly blending Experience Design (UX) and Content Design/Strategy, demonstrating a holistic approach to digital product development.
• Proven hands-on expertise with enterprise-level Content Management Systems (CMS), with a strong preference for Contentful, showcasing your ability to manage complex content ecosystems.
• Demonstrated track record of full end-to-end ownership across both web and native mobile application environments, from concept to launch.
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard design and project management tools, including Figma and Jira, within macOS environments, ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration.
• A robust portfolio showcasing clear examples of both visual UX design solutions and comprehensive end-to-end content strategy/writing, highlighting your diverse skill set.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean team environment, effectively collaborating across distributed time zones to achieve shared goals.

What Will Set You Apart

• Experience working within or adapting to regulated industry environments (e.g., Healthcare, FinTech), demonstrating an understanding of compliance and industry-specific challenges.
• Prior experience designing user experiences or developing content models for AI-powered search tools or features, showcasing your foresight in emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud code usage or technical design-to-development handover workflows, enabling seamless collaboration with engineering teams.
