Langley Federal Credit Union is currently hiring for a Payments Operations Representative to work a hybrid schedule from our Newport News City Center Headquarters, located in Newport News, VA. Job Summary: The Payment Operations Representative serves as the primary resource for the Payment Operations area within the Operations department. The Payment Operations Representative offers expertise and support for staff and members and serves as Subject Matter Experts for organizational projects. They are required to understand applicable regulations and requirements to meet compliance standards. Reviews and completes a variety of requests received from staff and members within identified service level expectations. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities: Completes necessary functions of the Payment Operations area of the Operations department.
