Req #: 94107

Are you the person who can juggle a dozen moving pieces, keep everyone organized, and somehow make it all look effortless? MaineHealth is looking for a Meeting and Event Planner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves bringing people together, and knows how to keep things running smoothly-even when the unexpected happens!

In this role, you'll help plan and execute in-person, virtual and hybrid conferences, meetings and events, working closely with a collaborative team that also supports broader marketing initiatives. During busy event seasons, you could be managing and supporting 4-5 projects at once, so staying organized, communicating clearly, responding promptly, and keeping your cool under pressure are essential.

We're looking for a team player, natural multitasker, and great communicator who can comfortably work with a variety of personalities, from colleagues to C-suite executives. You'll need to be highly proficient in Zoom and Microsoft Teams, comfortable troubleshooting technical and logistical challenges in real time, and ready to jump in wherever needed-from coordinating presentations to helping with the physical setup of events.

This is a hybrid opportunity, offering flexibility to work remotely when onsite event preparation or execution isn't required. Because events don't always happen during traditional business hours, you'll also need flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.

If you're someone who loves the energy of events, enjoys solving problems on the fly, and takes pride in making every detail come together, we'd love to hear from you!
