Job Title: Product Specialist

Location: Plano, TX

Pay Rate: $30.54 per hour

Schedule: Fully on-site, Monday thru Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM (hours may vary)

Responsibilities:

* Maintain technical knowledge within Home Appliance and Electronic Products

* Development, preparation and review of technical documents, test procedures, user guide, installation and service manuals.

* Report and follow up with issues found during reviewing manuals

* Communicate with Product Support teams to improve Service guide/contents quality

* Demonstrate the value of a product technology to advance customers objectives

* Provide insight and thought leadership to customers concerning applicability of highly complex products

* Analyze and apply industry, competition and market knowledge to present the positive value of our solutions.

* Recommend products and services configurations to assist with any system design and integration necessary

* Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute

* Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team

Requirements:

* Associate's / Bachelor's degree in Engineering

* 2-3 years' experience preferred

* Strong problem solving and analytical skills, communication(verbal and written) skills, and organizational and documentation skills

* Should be a team player and should have good communication skill to communicate with different group within company.

* Needs to have hands on experience with Home Appliance products and some basic knowledge for analysis.

* Comfortable to review technical documents and upload to system.

Preferred Skills:

* Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage ones time.

* Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

* Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
