Join our team and play a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations by building, repairing, and maintaining the tooling that drives production success. What You'll Do Build, repair, modify, and maintain dies, molds, fixtures, jigs, and tooling. Troubleshoot and repair tooling to support production needs. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics. Operate EDM machines, CNC mills (3-axis & 5-axis), Bridgeport mills, and surface grinders. Perform inspections and precision measurements to ensure quality standards. Support continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence initiatives. What We're Looking For Completion of a Tool & Die apprenticeship program. Tool & Die Maker certification required. Experience with EDM, CNC machining, surface grinding, and precision tooling. Ability to read blueprints and work from technical drawings. CAD experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. Why Join Us?
