Carilion Childrens is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Adolescent Medicine Physician to serve as Section Chief of our established Adolescent and School-Based Health program, which includes three school-based health clinics, expanding care across the region.

Carilion Childrens is western Virginias primary pediatric referral center and is anchored by a 60-bed NICU/Intermediate nursery, 8-bed PICU, 24-bed pediatric inpatient unit, Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center, dedicated pediatric emergency department, 19 pediatric subspecialty clinics and robust ancillary services, and residency programs including Pediatric, Family Medicine, OB-Gyn, and IM. Board Certified in Adolescent Medicine (ABMS or AOA)

Completion of an ACGME-accredited Adolescent Medicine fellowship

Carilion Clinic offers a competitive salary with incentives tied to productivity and quality metrics, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid malpractice and tail coverage, health insurance, and retirement benefits, including a fully funded pension plan.

Carilion Clinic offers a competitive salary with incentive tied to productivity and quality criteria. Salary range is $265,000-$376,000 annually. The posted salary range may not reflect the full value of the total compensation package. You are eligible to participate in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs to improve the minimum salary. Historical averages of Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus earnings are included in the maximum salary . In addition, comprehensive benefits and pension offerings further enhance the overall rewards package.
