Location:Gulf Coast Medical Center -13681 Doctor's Way Fort Myers FL 33912 Department: Cardiac Cath Work Type: Full Time Shift: Shift 1/7:00:00 AM to 4:30:00 PM Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$31.90 - $41.48 / hour SummaryAssists Cardiologists with select procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab or EP Lab. Performs all functions related to circulating, scrubbing, recording, and x-ray duties. Provides direct patient care, basic interpretation of hemodynamics, ECG, and medication administration. Troubleshoots all Cardiac Cath Lab or EP Lab equipment with minimal assistance. RequirementsEducation:Associate Degree required or two years of formal education or training beyond high school required. Experience:Minimum of 1 year of CVT experience required. Certification:Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date. For units that require American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date.
