Overview:

Croell, Inc. is seeking an experienced, hands-on Asphalt Plant Superintendent to help oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of four asphalt plants, consisting of three stationary plants and one portable plant.

This position is responsible for supporting daily plant operations, supervising and developing plant personnel, assisting with equipment repairs and troubleshooting, and improving overall plant efficiency and reliability.

The Asphalt Plant Superintendent will work directly with plant operators and crews to identify operational challenges, implement improvements, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure plants are properly staffed and prepared to meet production demands.

The ideal candidate is an experienced asphalt plant operator with strong mechanical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a willingness to work alongside employees. This is a field-focused position requiring active involvement in plant operations rather than primarily administrative oversight.

Travel between plant locations and overtime during peak construction season will be required.
