Job Description
Content Strategist Must Have Technical/Functional Skills *
Knowledge management experience with an understanding of responsive design *
Understanding of Information Architecture on web and mobile experiences *
Excel proficiency with a focus on content management and working knowledge of Figma, Jira and Confluence *
UX writing experience and exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills *
Bachelor's degree *
Portfolio that demonstrates a range of digital experiences and UX writing *
Good to have background or strong interest in banking or financial operations Roles & Responsibilities *
Work directly and collaboratively with your Design team and business partners to develop and produce effective end-to-end customer experiences across all digital channels *
Understand customer goals, business requirements, technical constraints, and be able to work in hyper manual systems *
Create content that upholds the organization's tone of voice *
Simplify the customer experience through succinct and thoughtful microcopy *
Deliver legal and ADA compliant copy decks based on established style guides *
Support, develop and participate in presentations to internal stakeholders *
