Retread Manager

We're looking for a Retread Manager to join our team and play a critical role in our daily operations. This dynamic position involves overseeing, directing, and coordinating daily operations of the retread plant to ensure efficiency and productivity.

What You'll Do:

• Meet production goals
• Correct inventory
• Maintain and repair retread equipment (NDT's, Buffers, Builder and Chambers)
• Managing location staff, including hiring and discipline
• Maintaining a safe and clean store
• Additional tasks as assigned
  
  

What You Need:

• 2 or more years of management experience preferred
• 5 or more years of Bandag retread experience strongly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
