We are currently looking for a full time Press Helper to Assist the Press Operator. The press helper will assist the press operator in set-up, running, and wash-up duties designated by the press operator. This position reports to the department manager.
Schedule: Evening shift, 3PM - 1AM. Monday through Thursday. Schedule may change to include Fridays based on production needs. If changes are made, employee will be notified in advance.
Training: Training will be conducted on 1st shift then you will transition to evening shift.

- Complies with all the standards that are followed in the TC Huntley plant, including, but not limited to-Health, Safety, Wellness (HSW), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safe Quality Food (SQF), Continuous Improvement (CI) and any other processes established within the TC Huntley plant.
- Responsible for reporting all safety, quality, and food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
- Assist the Press Operator in their duties, such as cleaning anilox rolls needed for future run orders. Assist in changing anilox rolls, doctor blades, ink fountains, printing cylinders and other press components.
- Report any equipment or material problems to team/team leader immediately for prompt correction of problem.
- As part of the training in this role, eventual duties would include mounting/demounting plates, setting print impressions, webbing various press components, running and or filling in on press in Press Operator's absence.
- Support and contribute to a healthy and safe work environment by following all workplace regulations, policies, and initiatives, including reporting all first aid injuries, accidents, and workplace hazards.
- Performs other duties as requested or assigned.

- This job operates in a manufacturing environment.
- While performing duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and occasionally lift office products up to 50 pounds.
- This position may have minimal exposure to hazards such as dust, high noise levels, solvent fumes and medium heat on the production floor.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds with no assistance.
- Able to stand for shift in safety shoes.
- Able to grip with one or both hands.
- Flexibility in working hours.
