Work Schedule:

Multiple shifts and schedules available. These positions work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. If selected for an interview, we will discuss your shift preferences at that time. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Sign-On Bonus: This position is eligible for up to a $1,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated on FTE/Hours).

We are seeking an Environmental Services Technician (Housekeeping/Janitor) to:



  • Perform general housekeeping and custodian responsibilities within the University Hospital.
  • Clean and disinfect facilities, using proper procedures and equipment.
  • Aid in the prevention of diseases by sanitizing patient and public areas.
  • Follow hospital procedures to dispose of contaminated items.
  • Work independently as a Housekeeper under general supervisor.


Education:

Preferred - High School Diploma or equivalent education

Work Experience:

Preferred - At least six months of continuous employment with a single employer. Previous cleaning and/or customer service experience.
