Responsibilities

* Leads the store team to create an exceptional experience for customers

* Serve as a role model for sales associates in sales generation and service, visual standards, and operational practices

* Coach, train, and develop a 5-6 team of design specialists

* Utilize brand trainings and other company resources to educate the team and improve selling and design skills to achieve business goals

* Create and ensure a positive environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity in accordance to our People-First Philosophy

* Ensure client service issues are handled efficiently by utilizing company customer service systems

Criteria

* Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

* Great time management skills to appropriately manage priorities of service and standards

* 2-3 years of previous retail management experience

Physical Requirements

* Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time

* Must be able to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques

* Full time associates are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business.
