95 Old Short Hills Road, West Orange, NJ 07052 Job Overview: This Revenue Cycle Liaison II works in conjunction with the Revenue Cycle Liaison I, serving as a point of contact for assigned practices, acting as a guide to the indicators of Revenue Cycle success, translating information to support operations in the achievement of strategic goals, promptly responding to practice inquiries, engaging in regular practice interaction via e-mail, conference calls and in-person visits. The primary goal of the Revenue Cycle Liaison is to ensure practice satisfaction, accountability and operational support as it relates to the success of the Revenue Cycle. The ideal candidate would possess a strong desire to share knowledge and promote information sharing both within and outside of the team. The Revenue Cycle Liaison II successfully completes diverse tasks, applies and enhances knowledge and skill in both usual and unusual issues and needs minimal guidance in addressing unusual situations.
