Renewal by Andersen is looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative candidate to help perfect our customer's experience in upgrading their homes. Want to join our team? We are looking to hire a Field Operation Specialist that will be responsible for training, supporting and ensuring all Installation and Service procedures throughout the national RbA network. In addition to collaborating with a broad cross-section of RbA departments and business associates including retail affiliate management, product development, factory quality, installation crews, install project managers, tech measures, service technicians and external contractors. Additionally, data analysis and knowledge development which focus on identifying and prioritizing product quality improvement needs and network process efficiencies are central to the role. In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
