Opportunity Overview:Customer Quality Security Liaison

The Customer Quality Security Liaison will be responsible for managing the Xudapu Contract customer in office export control escorting requirement. This resource works daily with our customer to ensure that there is oversight provided while they are in Westinghouse offices. This person also supports general day to day planning and process requirements that may evolve on the Xudapu contract.

What your day-to-day looks like:

• Work with our China customer to schedule and attend quality surveillances with Westinghouse shop activities and resources
• Access and organize Westinghouse documents in prep for customer surveillances
• Track files and file information
• Schedule meetings between Westinghouse / customer resources
• Support day to day requests on the Xudapu project

What we need to see from you:

• High school or GED
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
• Ability to lift/push/pull boxes up to 30 pounds
• Computer knowledge - proficient use of Microsoft Office
