Transaction Banking (TxB) aims to bring innovative solutions to traditional banking and lending activities. We are a global team of lenders, investors, risk managers, skilled marketers, web experts, and banking specialists. We provide a suite of solutions to help our clients meet their financial goals. We make direct investments in and manage risk for a portfolio of corporate loans and securities. We help transform distressed communities through investments and loans of private capital.

Within TxB, Ops & Sales Engineering is a global team with presence in London, Bengaluru, and Dallas. We are responsible for the technical design and development of CRM applications in Sales and Service cloud in Salesforce.

Who We Look For

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will have the opportunity to understand our product roadmap and closely collaborate with product owners, operations users and core engineers in the team.

This role requires hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and customization, alongside a solid understanding of out-of-the-box (OOTB) Salesforce functionalities. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Marketing Cloud is considered a significant advantage.

Responsibilities



  • Strong understanding on what Salesforce can offer and how you can leverage it in Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud.
  • Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and OOTB configurations to meet business requirements.
  • Implement and maintain solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce applications, identifying and resolving issues to ensure seamless system operation.
  • Optimize Salesforce solutions for maximum performance, security, and scalability, adhering to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business operations, engineers to define product requirements and objectives.
  • Manage multiple tasks and use sound judgment when prioritizing.



Basic Qualifications



  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience building on Salesforce.
  • Strong technical understanding of LWC, Apex , JavaScript, Apex Triggers, SOQL, SOSL.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionalities and declarative tools (e.g., Flows, Process Builder).
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs for integration purposes.
  • Must have knowledge of Git source control, including branching strategies, merging, and pull requests, for collaborative Salesforce development.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to apply knowledge and experience in decision-making to arrive at creative and commercial solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must be passionate about technology and engineering.



Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Salesforce Developer certifications (Platform Developer I or II).
  • Experience in financial services specifically corporate cash management desirable
  • Experience with AWS services.
