Evoke is seeking a Program Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the Contractor's main point of contact and overall performance; ensuring execution is within defined performance and cost
  • Responsible for the overall direction and management of all activities, including consolidated data reporting, risks and issues, and financial and schedule parameters
  • Maintains and manages the client relationship at the senior levels of the client organization and promotes communication among client divisions and stakeholders
  • Ensures consistency among strategic IT service delivery
  • Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects.
  • Takes projects from original concept through final implementation.
  • Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services.
  • Defines project scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
  • Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
  • Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
  • Provides strategic, technical and analytical guidance to project team.
  • Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems from experience advising senior leadership on IT strategic work.
  • Participate in business development including the expansion of existing projects, responding to RFP responses, client presentations and executing Statements of Work (SOW)

Professional Experience and Skills:

  • Experience in a major services organization, with large-scale data or project management and oversight experience.
  • Knowledge of industry leading data quality and data protection management practices
  • Knowledge of data governance practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets and approaches related to data protection
  • Knowledge of data related government regulatory requirements and emerging trends and issues
  • Demonstrated consulting skills, with change management concepts and strategies, including communication, culture change and performance measurement system design
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture, CPIC, and technology solutions
  • Knowledge of NIH (preferred)

Education and Years of Experience:

  • Minimum of eight (8) years of IT program management experience in technology solution delivery
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
  • MBA (IT Management or Program/Project Management)
  • PMP preferred; PgMP highly preferred

Security Clearance

  • Applicants selected must be eligible to work in the United States, be subject to a government security investigation, and meet eligibility requirements for access to protected information.

Work Location

  • Bethesda, MD (1-2 days/week)
