Plan, design, develop, evaluate and maintain multimedia solutions to promote and support eLearning professional development opportunities for hospital staff, leadership, new employees and community groups.

Consult with department leadership to identify training needs and develop corresponding eLearning solutions including Web-based Training, Virtual Instructor Led Training, Learning Labs, Simulations, Virtual Environments, and other eLearning platforms.

Update current CBL and classroom offerings so they are engaging and ready for use in a variety of multimedia programs. Other responsibilities include, consulting with hospital management and employees to plan, develop, and create eLearning materials that support educational objectives.

REQUIRED:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, E- Learning/Technology or related field, along with at least 3-5 years of experience in LMS (Cornerstone, Success Factors, etc.) e-Learning development, learning methodologies, online education, building an online library of videos, exercises, simulations & curriculum design in a corporate setting

2. Experience using training media in designing courses and course materials

3. 2-3 years of instructional design experience is a must

4. Proficient in Adobe eLearning Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects Camtasia; Audacity; SnagIt; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project, and Publisher
PREFERRED:
1. Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, E- Learning/Technology or related field.
