Click for a complete list of Employee Benefits. Position Summary UI Health is continuously seeking talented Mammography Technologists to join our expanding Diagnostic Team. This role will acquire Mammography images which are used for medical diagnoses and treatment. These Mammography images are interpreted by a Radiologist board-certified in Mammography to identify breast abnormalities. The Mammography Technologist works under direct supervision of higher-level personnel. There are full-time and part-time positions available which include shifts on days, nights and weekends. About UI Health Center for Breast Care The Center for Breast Care's Breast Imaging Center is an American College of Radiology Breast Imaging Center of Excellence. We offer a full range of the breast imaging services, including screening and diagnostic mammography, ultrasound, MRI, and image-guided biopsy. We are one of the leaders of breast imaging service in the Chicagoland area and our radiologists are specially trained in breast imaging. Duties & Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications Requirements: 1. High school graduate or equivalent. 2. Current/Valid registration or certification in medical radiography by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). 3. Current/Valid licensure in medical radiography by the State of Illinois (IEMA). 4. Modality specific certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), in Mammography. 5.
