As the Activation Lead - you will plan, oversee and ensure excellence in activation and execution of marketing D2C activities based on promotional plans to drive sales through delivering consistent and impactful marketing messages that support and grow our brands and our D2C market share. You will coordinate the execution of all promotional materials across multiple direct to consumer touchpoints including website, email, and paid media - partnering with both internal and external resources to get the job done. You will build and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. To ensure success, you must be comfortable setting objectives, tracking results, and measuring promotional ROI on all marketing programs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
