Summary

Assists in formulating and defining business objectives through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of business systems and process requirements. Analyzes business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties.

Job Duties

  • Analyzes work processes, the feasibility of small to medium project requests, and troubleshoots operational problems.
  • Designs and/or constructs efficient reports, dashboards, databases, and interfaces.
  • Creates simple and effective documentation as assigned or implicitly required.
  • Describes business requirements and problems comprehensively.
  • Assists in developing technology standards in area(s) of specialization.
  • Evaluates, plans, and executes thorough and complete test scenarios and plans.
  • Estimates resources required for task completion.
  • Completes tasks by due dates or documents variances and alerts management.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In business administration, finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Preferred work experience will be considered in lieu of degree
  • 2 years Documenting and performing processes within Technology or experience utilizing accounting principles.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze and solve problems and interpret data.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and to be self motivated and self disciplined.
  • Knowledge of processes of assigned area(s) and applications.
  • Effectively deals with multiple and changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Physical Demands

Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
