The Spa of Colonial Williamsburg is looking for an experienced individual to fill the position of Front Desk Attendant and assist with all aspects of the day to day operation of the Fitness Center and provide classes to our guests. Responsibilities of the Spa Front Desk Attendant include, but are not limited to:
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - A minimum of (2) two years of experience in a guest service capacity (preferably in-person in a hospitality setting). - A minimum of (2) years of Administrative/organizational skill or vocational education Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Ability and desire to communicate well with guests. Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player. Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger and collect accurate information and resolve conflicts. Basic mathematical and computer skills.
