KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Assist Sales Representatives and customers with shipping information or information on old orders.
  • Assist inside Sales personnel as need.
  • Distribute incoming and send outgoing faxes in the Sales department on a timely basis.
  • Maintain fax numbers for Sales and Aerovent fax machines and group numbers.
  • Maintain and locate Twin City Fan, Vento & Clarage files for sales staff and other departments.
  • Perform switchboard/reception duties as needed.
  • Assist with literature (making and packaging catalogs) as needed.
  • Act, Live, and Behave by TCF Core Values.
  • Other duties as assigned.



QUALIFICATIONS:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous switchboard/receptionist experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Proficient in the use of standard office software programs and equipment



PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:



  • Standard office environment
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, reach
  • Ability to work extended hours sitting at a computer
