Position Summary:
The Subcontract/ Accounts Payable Administrator will review, process, and verify all applications for payment to all subcontractors and ensure all vendor payments are made in compliance with company policy and contracts. Verify and enforce subcontractor compliance with customer and legal requirements. Essential Functions:
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience: The applicant must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Understanding of legal contracts in a plus. Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy with the ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records. All applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs. Job setting is a general office environment and will be working directly for Sauer Southeast. Job requires employee to sit, walk, stand, climb, bend/twist at the neck, bend/twist at the trunk, squat/stoop/kneel, reach above head, reach forward, push/pull, lift and carry on a regular basis. May be asked to occasionally lift up to 10-20 pounds.
