Work Relationship and Scope: The Case Worker has primary contact with Residents and with Staff. The Case Worker will maintain regular contact with the Bureau of Prisons RRM Office and United States Probation. Personal Attributes: Follow agency Code of Conduct; adhere to established policies and procedures of the agency and of all funding sources; conduct self in an ethical manner; maintain professional and respectful relationships with program staff, other WCS staff, clients, and all external persons and agencies involved with service provision; possess. Working Conditions: Work is performed in private offices and conference room. The environment is a busy residential setting where there is frequent contact with Residents, co-workers, Probation/Parole Staff, outside professionals & visitors. Physical Demands: Must be able to climb two to three flights of stairs. Ability to perform CPR.
