JOB SUMMARY:

The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for selling Cash Depot's lineup of ATM and Air/Vac products and services by identifying sales leads, scheduling sales appointments, presenting products and solutions to meet client needs and overcoming objections in order to close sales. The Territory Sales Rep will employ a "hunter" mentality to proactively engage customer conversations regarding upcoming projects and opportunities.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Consistently meets or exceeds monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Builds relationships and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads
  • Targets specific vertical and geographic markets
  • Demonstrations with potential customers
  • Gives sales presentations to a wide range of prospective clients (individual as well as group presentations)
  • Ensures customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle with ongoing communication and relationship management; addresses and resolves any issues that may arise throughout the sales process
  • Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including prospecting calls, order status, sales pipeline, lost opportunities and any customer or vendor relationship problems
  • Generates and submits sales reports to management (monthly, quarterly and annual territory sales forecasts)
  • Identifies new opportunities for potential sales
  • Attends industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and establish meaningful contacts with existing customers, prospective clients and vendors


REQUIREMENTS: (Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities)

  • Minimum of 2 years' sales experience with proven history of successful outside sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Effective communicator with strong presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to overcome objections with strong negotiating and closing skills
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times, stressful environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
  • Must be able to travel


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met in order to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and hear. Required to frequently sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The Team Member is occasionally required to lift and/or move 50+ pounds, sit; stoop, bend and kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Will use office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, etc.

This is a home office, full-time position that requires the use of a vehicle to travel and meet with prospective clients. Days and hours or work are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
